Het spreekuur komt op 2 mei te vervallen. Op donderdag 5 mei staat onze vrijwilliger weer voor je klaar.
Dingen regelen met de overheid: het gebeurt steeds vaker op de computer via internet. Daarvoor moet je wel kunnen omgaan met een computer. En een DigiD kunnen aanvragen. Veel mensen vinden dit nog lastig. Maar als je eenmaal weet hoe het werkt via de computer, is het misschien minder moeilijk dan je eerst dacht. Vaak heb je dan ook sneller antwoord. Soms zelfs meteen.
HULP NODIG?
Wil je iets regelen via de computer en kun je wel wat hulp gebruiken? Wil je zelf beter leren omgaan met de websites van de overheid? Of ken je iemand die wel wat hulp kan gebruiken? Ga dan naar het Informatiepunt Digitale Overheid in de Bibliotheek. Hier luisteren we naar jouw vraag en denken met je mee. We geven je direct informatie waarmee je verder kunt. Of verwijzen je door naar de juiste organisatie. Bijvoorbeeld:
• Belastingen en toeslagen
• Donorregistratie
• Zorg regelen
• Werk zoeken
• Rijbewijs verlengen
• AOW aanvragen
• Verkeersboetes betalen
• En nog veel meer
DIGITALE CORONAZAKEN
Je kunt tijdens dit spreekuur ook terecht voor hulp bij het maken van een (digitale) afspraak voor een vaccinatie of voor hulp bij de coronacheck-app.
Je bent iedere maandag en donderdag welkom zonder afspraak. Je hoeft geen lid te zijn van de Bibliotheek. De hulp is gratis. Tijd: 10:00 uur – 12:00 uur
